跪求，PAYPAL 3万多美金被法院传票，怎么？

我的账户10月1号被永久性限制了，当时没去理会，以为180天后会自动解冻，可以取出来 ，今天才发现10月26号还到一封美国法院传票
paypal recently received a temporary restraining order ("order") concerning
a lawsuit filed in the united states district court for the southern
district of florida, relating to the sale of counterfeit goods bearing
abercrombie & fitch trademarks. the order requires that your account and
current balance be temporarily restrained (locked) until paypal is advised
otherwise by the court.??it is our understanding that you he been or will
soon be served with a copy of this order.

我已经打过电话给客服 ，他们说现在pp作为第三方，已经不能管了，，如果纠纷未解决，180天后我的钱就取不出来了，，天啊，，太吭爹了，我的钱怎么呀
是不是3万多美金就这样被法院给撤了？？
跪求 各位大神，现在我应该怎么？，我的钱是不是就这样没了？？？
