during my meeting with him , he also informed me that their condition payment is by 100%t/t upfront payment on your company four against production and also shipment .
therefore i request you to forward me your lowest price lists to enable me pass to them for study and for immediate issuing po for your company to prepare one invoice covering the total items products duration of 12 months.
i will be waiting shortly to hear from you to enable me move ahaed .
nb . as soon as you confirm your company capabilitiy to handle the contract with them , then i will forward to you the draft contract agreement with along the end-buyer contact information to prepare invoice on their company name
