紧急翻译！！高手请进！！

我们公司是贵金属电接触材料的，今天和一个印度客户通邮件，由于上次对方拖款接近三个月，所以这次的1000k个订单我们就要求对方预付50%货款，但是印方不同意，经过磋商，他们又提出先让我们发500k，然后再把这500k的货款打过来，剩下的500k个产品以同样的方式，我们公司依然不同意，说即使先发500k个产品，也让对方先付这500k个的50%货款……后来又谈了一下，他们就发来如下邮件：

send us your proforma invoice for 500000 pieces with payment terms as 50% advance and balance 50% 30 days after delivery date. we will arrange the payment.

然后我不确定意思，就又问了一下他们是不是把这1000k个改成500k个，但是他们又发来了如下邮件：

we mean we want to keep our order of 1000k as it is, we will take 500k first and then we will take
balance 500k. so please send your proforma invoice immediately to apply in our bank for 50%
payment of first lot of 500k pieces.

谁能给我翻译下这两段话啊！！！到底说的什么意思喃？谢谢高手的指点！！
